Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in HRM with at least 2 years experience or Grade 12 with 5 years experience in HR. Sound knowledge of human Resource Policies and interpretation and implementation thereof. Acts and directives. Good knowledge of PERSAL System and Computer literacy. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communications and writing skills. Good interpersonal relations.
Duties:
Processing of transaction and conduct verifications on PERSAL. Recruitment and selection assist in advertising of posts and interviews. Leave management must be done on PERSAL and the filing of daily basis. PMDS, Housing, Overtime must be read into PERSAL and all applicable transactions must be done on PERSAL. PILAR, Appointment and Condition of Service and Termination of service documents to be completed for the relevant departments.
