Requirements:
- Qualifications: Senior or equivalent certificate with Accountancy as a passed subject.
- Knowledge: Must have good knowledge of PERSAL and debt administration on BAS. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations. Completed course on Debt Administration on BAS will be an added advantage.
- Skills: Computer literacy, interpersonal skills and good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Competencies: Ability to work independently without close supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work under pressure. The incumbent should be self-driven, creative, innovative, flexible and highly motivated. Excellent coordination skills. Ability to work in a team. Client service orientated.
- Job knowledge: Report writing, compilation and collation of information from directorates. Knowledge of the Microsoft packages, i.e. MS Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint as well as Ms Outlook.

Duties:
Administer debt for both serving employees and ex-employees. Prepare reconciliation of suspense accounts for Finance Control Forum, Quarterly Interim and Annual Financial Statements as well as the monthly CFO Management Meeting. Recovering of debt on PERSAL from serving officials. Receiving of revenue, issuing or receipts, correctly allocation of revenue as well as depositing of revenue. Management of Petty Cash, frequent replenishment of petty cash and the withdrawal of cash from the commercial bank. Serve as a back-up for other colleagues when required. Handling of enquires both written and verbal.
