Requirements:
Diploma / Grade12 or equivalent qualifications. Computer literacy and 1 year relevant experience in legislation finance. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of BAS, SAP, MEDSAS, DORA, PFMA and treasury regulations. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team, committed, loyal, respectful, and good customer attitude. Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Duties:
Attending MVA and MCA files and their payment. Billing of patients and medical aid. Prepare and send accounts to customers. Ensure correct classification. Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue, BAS/ PAAB and BAS / RECEIPTS and DEPOSIT SLIPS. Ensure that debts that are due to be written off are done in line with the requirements of the policy. Ensure that the outstanding accounts are followed up. Management of petty cash and it’s reconciliation. Perform any other task allocated by the Supervisor.
