Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate or secretarial Diploma, experience and knowledge of Admin & Logistics is an advantage. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Duties:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Admin & Logistics Deputy Director. Receive and Direct mail to relevant managers / departments. Must have good interpersonal relations, General Office duties, typing of confidential reports, faxes, and email correspondences. Good writing skills. Management of Personnel files and leave. Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team. Good understanding of Public Service Legislation and Prescripts applicable to government. Attend to Administrative duties. Ensure that filling is up to date. Be able to take minutes in meetings. Screening of phone calls. Maintain the Deputy Director’s diary
